Viele Unternehmen in Ostprignitz-Ruppin und in der Prignitz legen großen Wert darauf, Arbeits- und Fachkräfte, die aus der Region kommen oder sich hier bewerben, an die Region zu binden. Auf einzelne Ausbildungs- oder Arbeitsplätze bewerben sich häufig mehrere Interessenten. Naturgemäß können trotz guter Qualifikation nicht alle Bewerber in einem Bewerbungsverfahren berücksichtigt werden. Um nun diejenigen Menschen, die ihre Potenziale dennoch gern in der Region zum Einsatz bringen möchten zu unterstützen, wurde von der Wirtschaftsfördergesellschaft REG in Zusammenarbeit mit den Personalverantwortlichen vieler Unternehmen in Nordwestbrandenburg– nicht ganz uneigennützig versteht sich – das „Talentenetzwerk Nordwestbrandenburg“ ins Leben gerufen.
Und so funktioniert es: Die Bewerber erhalten vom Unternehmen die Information zum Netzwerk, füllen einige Unterlagen aus und schon kann ihre Bewerbung an weitere Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Stellenangeboten weitergegeben werden. An welche, entscheidet der Bewerber.
